Really beautiful and expansive park with plenty to keep you busy. Plenty of quiet little nooks and trails to enjoy the river (much less rocky here than at riverview). There are also great sport facilities and a pool. The museum is quaint but it would be nice to see them revamp it.

This is a great park for young and old. Tennis and pickle ball courts. Several baseball/softball fields that are frequented by local leagues. Numerous soccer fields and open space to run around or fly a kite or a remote control aircraft. Great for running as it leads directly to the trail or run the steps. Downside- thereβs been car break ins and some questionable folks who loiter around the park from time to time. There is never much of a police presence and there should be. With that said, itβs safe and typically lots of other people around.

This park is truly a beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming place for sports and recreation. My teammates and I have visited several times to play cricket, as there is a designated cricket field here and cricket is permitted in this area. Unfortunately, a few days ago, while we were playing, we were confronted by Mr. Verona and several others and were told to stop playing. This was surprising and disappointing because we were using the designated cricket field and were not causing any disturbance to anyone. We respectfully ask the park management to review this matter and ensure that all visitors are able to use the park facilities according to the established rules. If this field is intended for cricket, players should be able to enjoy the sport without being subjected to unnecessary interference or disrespectful behavior. Our goal is simply to enjoy healthy recreation, promote sportsmanship, and build positive relationships within the community. We hope everyone can work together to maintain the friendly, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere that makes this park such a great place for all. Thank you to the park management and the community for your attention and consideration.

We only explored a small fraction of the park but we enjoyed every moment we spent there. Our trip to the area was only for a weekend, but we still managed to visit this space twice before leaving. On each visit we encountered friendly dog walkers, casual strollers, parents with playful children and a few meditative onlookers, and there was ample space to be personable yet still have a private experience. We stayed close to the river access area of the park even though we didn't have time to venture far along the path. Definitely recommended for a peaceful afternoon in nature.
